holiday blues

My boyfriend and I both like to travel, and have always have fun going on holidays. But he genuinely enjoys doing the group trips more, where we book a holiday with a bunch of our friends. I have to admit, I also think its more fun..especially traveling to cities. We have alone time in the room, and then during the day we are with friends and have a group of people to party with. The only drawback is that it is not very romantic, and I also don’t get to do certain things I want because we always have to make group decisions. Anyways, of course I do want to go places just the two of us, and now I haven’t gone anywhere in almost a year. And now that he’s unemployed, he keeps on saying no trips because he has bachelor party trips or weddings to go to (the weddings I will be included). But I really just want to get away. The only way we will go is if I pay for both of us. And the price is quite hefty. Is this bad?
